Men’s Group
Led by Jim Clancey, BACP Accred
This group is a unique place where we can come together to explore our experiences and be open with each other about the complexities and challenges of being a man in the world today.
Working through the areas that arise in the group, we can share the opportunity to redefine ourselves and readjust to the challenges in everyday life in a more informed and conscious manner.
The group is a supportive and confidential space to gather and share. There is maximum of 8 members and runs for 8 sessions. The Group meets for 2.5 hours.
Working foremost as a therapy group, we can collaboratively direct the structure of the group. Themes and topics can be brought to the group to explore, in addition to the space being held for thoughts, feelings and experiences to be shared.
The 8 session block costs £210 and runs on a Monday evening from 6:30pm till 9:00pm.
Jim Clancey is a BACP registered and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Jim has 15 years’ experience of working with groups and facilitating workshops in residential treatment specialising in addiction where he was a senior counsellor. He also mentored and supervised students on placement and now runs a private practice in Highbridge and Burnham.
