Nutritional Advice

Nutritional therapy, advice and coaching is the application of evidence-based nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Appointments are available online via video communication.

Nutritional therapy is not a substitute for medical advice and clients may be referred to their GP with ‘red flag’
signs or symptoms to their GP.

Nutritional therapists frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare practitioners involved in a client’s care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been recommended.

Services offered include nutritional support for a wide range of conditions:

Fees vary but examples of appointments are:

  • Digestive disorders

  • Weight loss & weight management

  • Blood sugar control

  • High cholesterol & cardiovascular disease

  • Thyroid disorders

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Stress management

  • Female Health

  • Food intolerances/allergies

  • Autoimmune disease

  • Health & Beauty (beauty is not just skin deep)
