Healthy habits in 2019

At the start of a brand new year, many of us will have already set or will be thinking about New Year’s resolutions.

But once the glow of a fresh New Year wears off it can be a struggle to keep to our plans or goals; a goal without a date is just a wish!

The pursuit of your goals should never affect your health and wellbeing. In fact, health and wellbeing should be the ultimate direction of travel for all of us!

Losing weight or exercising with no regard for your overall health can be dangerous and counter-productive and the immediate gains are often short lived. If you are dieting, stick to a nutritious, well-balanced diet, not a fad diet that promises to help you lose weight fast.thumbs up

Living a healthier lifestyle takes work, commitment and time. Nothing good ever happens overnight and changing your diet for healthy and nutritious one requires support, guidance and practice, like any new challenge!

Our Nutritionist, Claire has developed a brand new Healthy Habit Programme for us. This habit-based coaching programme will help you understand how important your habits are to achieving health and vitality while showing you the essential nutrition and lifestyle habits you need to put in place and follow through with every day. In this programme there is no mention of calories or complicated nutrition plans – it’s all about making small, yet high impact habit changes that cumulatively make a real and lasting difference.

The programme runs over a 10/12 week period with 6 nutrition coaching sessions with Claire at The Terrace.  Normally six 40 minute sessions would cost £240, however, as a New Year treat we are offering this programme for just £180 if you join by 31st January and commence the programme by 28th February. A saving of 25% on a programme that will last well into 2020!
