Children and teenagers can benefit from the care and attention of professional help to deal with difficult feelings and behaviours which may be alienating them from their families, peer groups and producing, for them, feelings of low self esteem.

Talking through family issues within a safe and contained environment can provide families with the support they need to function better, communicate more effectively and learn how to handle issues of concern within the family.

The women’s group is a confidential space to explore issues and process feelings, led by our expert facilitators. Being a member offers support in recognising old patterns of behaviour, making conscious choices, taking effective action and receiving honest feedback.

Ali Leftwich BSc MSc is a senior accredited member of BACP (the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  Ali runs the mindfulness meditation groups and she has many years experience of offering therapy, supervision and training for counsellors and health professionals.
